As you may have recently seen, Swift Harbour has recently joined the Charter Telecom family. This is an exciting development as it allows us to converge the best of Charter's world and ours to deliver an incredible value, innovation, and organizational agility to our shared customers.
This means more investment in our new marine and campground booking platform Swift Harbour Book Anything, as well as a strong focus on Digital Transformation tools for government, healthcare, higher education, and service providers.
After careful consideration, we have elected to sunset the DockMaster Online Reservations Powered by Swift Harbour product as part of that process. This is to ensure we concentrate our efforts on what we do well to ensure a great service for current and future customers.
As an alternative to DockMaster Online Reservations Powered by Swift Harbour, we are inviting you all to learn more about Swift Harbour Book Anything, our new product, which can be used in parallel with DockMaster without integration. You can learn more about that here.

DockMaster Online Reservations, powered by Swift Harbour will stop being supported on June 14th, 2022
Please ensure that all pending bookings have been either assigned or confirmed without slip assignment in Swift Harbour so that all data is synced and stored in DockMaster.
Swift Harbour has a new booking platform called Swift Harbour Book Anything, which you can learn more about here. While it does not integrate with DockMaster, it is a next generation platform that offers businesses the ability to numerous custom booking engines for transient moorage, moorings, rentals, camping/rv sites and more. It gives almost endless flexibility and customization so you can to capture all the booking and guest information you need, sell add-ons, receive liability waivers, securely collect and charge credit cards, and more all from a unified dashboard.
